|As part of our ongoing commitment to provide our clients with the best possible technology and service, we are implementing a software enhancement in COIDS as of Friday, March 24. In our COIDS 2017 Release Notes, you will find a description of a user interface change you may notice. To access the release notes, COIDS administrators may log in and go to the Training Materials page in COIDS, then click the *March 2017 Release Notes hyperlink. The release notes will be available through Friday, April 7.|
|We have exciting news! Our new Dashboard will debut on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. The Dashboard will be accessible to ALL users after logging in, through the top ribbon bar.|
|The Dashboard has a modern look and feel and includes features such as:
- Two-way communications, including announcements, between MediTract and your organization as well as internal communication with your users.
- Contract status chart and trend graphs.
- Lists that are easily accessible for pending actions, expiring contracts, and critical dates.
- Links to quickly complete various actions (Add Documents, Initiate New Contract).
- Links to quickly search for vendors.
- User-driven watchlist.
- Ability to tag up to 5 saved reports per module.
- Option to suppress email notifications.
|In preparation for the release, please be sure to have your IT Department add the new Dashboard URL and IP Address to your organization’s whitelist.|
