MediTract Software Enhancements
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best possible technology and service, we are implementing several software enhancements as of Friday, August 4. In our August 2017 Release Notes, you will find a description of the user interface changes you may notice. To access the release notes, administrators may log in and go to the Training Materials page in Contract Library, Process Manager, or Contract Manager, then click the *August 2017 Release Notes hyperlink. The release notes will be available online through Friday, August 18. Please note that both the scheduling and content of the release are subject to change.

Over the years, we’ve been asked to provide hundreds of our client hospitals with professional services to help them:
  • Prepare for new regulatory requirements;
  • Conduct internal contract audits;
  • Apply best practices to contracting processes and work-flows across departments or across the hospital enterprise;
  • And ensure they are prepared for external contracting audits.
The requests have become so frequent that we’ve developed a new suite of professional services to address the most common. In addition to providing clients with System Administrators in a combination of models tailored to meet a hospital’s needs (e.g., onsite/remote/combination; full-time, part-time), our newest offering includes Business Process Improvement services and assistance with auditing Business Associate Agreements (BAA).
